Who we are and why this matters

Benefits advice shouldn't cost more than the benefits themselves

It started with a grandmother who was owed £14,000

In 2019, our founder discovered her own grandmother had been underpaid Pension Credit for six years. Not because of fraud or error—simply because no one told her she qualified for the higher amount.

The claim took eleven months to resolve. Eleven months of phone calls, forms, and conflicting advice from different departments.

We knew then that the system wasn't designed to help people access what they're entitled to. It's designed to process those who already know how to navigate it.

What guides our work

Transparency first

You'll always know what we're doing, why we're doing it, and what it costs. No percentages of your benefits. No ongoing fees unless you choose them.

Plain language

Government offices use jargon as a barrier. We translate everything into terms that make sense to people who aren't benefits specialists.

No moral judgments

Whether you're claiming ESA, Universal Credit, or Carer's Allowance—you're entitled to it. We don't question your circumstances. We help you access what's yours.

Our team

A team that's seen both sides

Half our advisors previously worked within DWP offices. They understand the internal procedures, the undocumented requirements, the reasons claims get delayed.

The other half came to this work after their own struggles with the system. They know what it feels like to be on the other side of that form.

Together, we combine insider knowledge with genuine empathy for what you're experiencing.

How we approach every case

We assume nothing

Even if you've been told you don't qualify, we check everything ourselves. Official guidance changes frequently, and staff members often rely on outdated information.

We document everything

Every phone call. Every letter. Every conversation. If something goes wrong, you'll have a complete record of what was said and when.

We stay involved

You're not handed off to a call center after signing up. The advisor who starts your case stays with it until completion.
